I won't charge you anything unless we decide before hand what sort of work needs to be done with your machine and both agree on that amount. My rate is $18.75 per quarter hour. Which if you think about it is far less than what any copy company would charge to send a technician in person. Plus, you will also learn how to make the repair yourself! 

Certified technicians who need help on a tough fix are also welcome to give me a call!

The way it works is you must have an iPhone 3G or 3GS or Android phone and be in a Wifi or 3G location within the USA. Go to the Apple App Store and download the free, Knocking Live Video app onto your iPhone. Then through your new Knocking Video app, search and add my username "CPCI". Then, call me back at (805) 252-2155.
